Refund policy

Brunae Body will accept refunds or replacement requests given the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery, given they meet the below conditions. 

 

The product must be in its original condition, it must not have been used, show any signs of wear/damage, including the packaging/box. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened/used, you will not be entitled to a refund. Please note that Brunae Body will cover the return shipping cost, but charge a restocking fee of $10 AUD will be deducted to the final amount you will be refunded for. Please email info@brunaebody.com to get your return shipping label. 

 

For our Accelerating Tanning Oil and Bundle, we have a guarantee in place on this product. If you don’t see a noticeable improvement in your natural tan in 2 uses, we will give you your money back. Refund claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the product - product must also be returned to warehouse. Only one refund per customer per product. If you order more than one product, you will only get your money back for one of the products. 

 

If you think that your product has arrived damaged, or faulty, please send us an email at info@brunaebody.com. Please include images of how it was received, and the fault in question, and we will review your case as soon as we can. In this case, we will give our customers full discretion over whether they would like a refund, or a replacement product. 

 

Please note, Claims for damaged goods must be made within 5 business days of receiving your product, if more than 5 business days have followed, the claim will be deemed unsuccessful.
