Refund policy
Brunae Body™ will accept refunds or replacement requests given the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery, given they meet the below conditions.
Brunae Body offers optional shipping protection at checkout to cover loss, theft, or misdelivery. If you choose to opt out of shipping protection, your order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement if it is lost, stolen, or misplaced during transit unless at the fault of the carrier.
The product must be in its original condition, it must not have been used, show any signs of wear/damage, including the packaging/box. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened/used, you will not be entitled to a refund.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us via email within 14 days of delivery – providing images of how it was received, and the fault in question. After reviewing your case and confirming eligibility, we will give our customers full discretion over whether they would like a refund, or a replacement product.
We accept change-of-mind returns, provided the item is in original, re-sellable condition (unused and packaging intact). In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee of $10 applies and will be deducted from the final amount you will be refunded for. Please email support@brunaebody.com for our shipping return details.
Please note that any orders that are unclaimed or returned to sender will incur a $10 restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned to us.
Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account. If your item does not meet our return inspection criteria, a refund will not be issued.
For our Accelerating Tanning Oil and Bundle, we have a guarantee in place on this product. If you don’t see a noticeable improvement in your natural tan in 2 uses, we will give you your money back. Refund claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the product - product must also be returned to warehouse. Only one refund per customer per product. If you order more than one product, you will only get your money back for one of the products.
Please note, claims for damaged goods must be made within 5 business days of receiving your product, if more than 5 business days have followed, the claim will be deemed unsuccessful.
