Our Deeper, Darker, Faster Guarantee

We back our products with a simple promise: if you don't see a noticeable improvement in your natural tan after 2 or more uses of our Accelerating Tanning Oil or Intensive Tanning Balm, we'll refund your purchase.

How to claim

1. Email us at support@brunaebody.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief description of your experience.
2. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
3. If approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label via email. Ship the products back within 7 days of receiving the label.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Conditions

• The claim must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Only valid for orders placed on www.brunaebody.com and can only be applied for on the Brunae Body website.
• Applies to the Accelerating Tanning Oil and Intensive Tanning Balm only.
• If multiple units were purchased, the guarantee covers one opened unit. Any additional units must be returned completely unopened and unused.
• One guarantee claim per customer.
•  Return shipping is covered by Brunaé Body.
