Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of order placement. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended — we will always communicate any delays via email.
We offer optional Shipping Protection at a small fee, available at checkout. If purchased, your order is fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you opt out of Shipping Protection, Brunaé Body is unable to take responsibility for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Estimated delivery timeframes are outlined below for the main regions we ship to. All timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery estimates are provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier transit times or customs processing.
Some orders may be subject to additional fees not included in your order total, including import duties, customs charges, VAT, or restocking fees. These vary by region and circumstance. Please review the relevant regional section below before placing your order. For order updates, please check your email inbox. Parcels that are refused, unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable are subject to return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. A refund of the product cost only will be processed once the item is received back at our fulfilment centre in its original, resaleable condition. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Australia
Orders are fulfilled from our Australian warehouse and shipped via Australia Post. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier of equivalent service level where necessary.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Standard shipping: 2–9 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Australia Post may experience delays which can increase wait times.
Free standard shipping is available Australia-wide on orders over $90 AUD.
United States
Orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier of equivalent service level where necessary.

- Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Sales Tax & Duties: All prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Rates vary by state. Brunaé Body is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes. If you refuse to pay applicable fees and decline to accept your order, you will be liable for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
United Kingdom
Orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse and shipped via Royal Mail. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier of equivalent service level where necessary.

Pricing & Tax: All prices displayed in GBP are inclusive of VAT. There are no additional duties or charges for UK orders.

Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse via FedEx. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier of equivalent service level where necessary.

Duties, Taxes & Customs: All orders are inclusive of VAT, which we collect and remit through the EU's IOSS system. Please note: as of July 1, 2025, the EU has removed the duty exemption for low-value goods, meaning customs duties may now apply to all orders regardless of value. Any duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged at the point of delivery. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to pay applicable duties and decline to accept your parcel, Brunaé Body is not liable for any refunds, and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Middle East

Orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse and shipped via DHL. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier of equivalent service level where necessary.

These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs processing times.
Duties, Taxes & Customs: Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and applicable taxes upon entry into Canada. These charges are determined by Canadian customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in your order total at checkout. If you refuse to pay applicable fees and decline to accept your order, you will be liable for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping Protection
We offer optional Shipping Protection at a small fee, available at checkout. By purchasing Shipping Protection, your order is fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
What is covered:
- Lost packages — parcels are considered lost if tracking has not updated for more than 10 consecutive business days
- Damaged items — items that arrive broken or unusable due to transit handling (photo evidence of the damage and packaging is required)
- Stolen packages — packages tracked as "Delivered" but not received at the delivery address (claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the marked delivery date)
What is not covered:
- Packages lost or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
- Orders where Shipping Protection was not purchased at checkout
How to make a claim: All claims must be submitted to our customer service team at support@brunaebody.com within 7 business days of the marked delivery date or the last tracking update. Claims submitted outside this window will not be accepted. Our team aims to assess all claims within 5–7 business days of receipt.
